Tomar generates explanatory animations from a written prompt. The iOS app lets you create and watch videos using your Tomar account. Your account records your available plan access and credits across supported Tomar applications.
You can purchase the plans and credit packs available in the iOS app through Apple In-App Purchase. Before confirming a purchase, review its name, included features and credits, subscription duration, and price shown for your App Store region. Your Apple Account is charged when you confirm the purchase.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable renewal price unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel renewal from Me → My subscription, which opens Apple's subscription management interface, or from your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Refunds or revocations can change that access.
Generating videos and unlocking paid community content consume credits. Credits purchased through Apple In-App Purchase do not expire, including credits included with a paid subscription period. Subscription feature access ends when the paid period and any applicable billing grace period end. Promotional or other non-purchased allowances may have separately disclosed validity periods. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
Sign in to the same Tomar account to access its balance. Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible App Store subscriptions. Restoring does not issue previously delivered credits a second time. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; see Apple's refund request service. Refunds may revoke the associated entitlement and remaining credits. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable law.
The app licence is governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. These terms describe Tomar's service. See also our Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of the prompts you write, the material you attach, and the videos you generate. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service. If you publish a video to the community, you grant other users the right to view it, and to remix it where you have enabled that.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content and block other creators from within the app.
Videos are produced by AI models and may contain mistakes. Check anything you rely on, especially for teaching or professional use. Output is provided as-is.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by law, Tomar is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Deleting your Tomar account does not cancel an App Store subscription or stop Apple billing. Cancel renewal through Apple's subscription settings before deleting your account. You can still request immediate account deletion. Deletion removes access to the account and its remaining credits; transaction records needed for legal obligations or financial reconciliation may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
